چکیده

Quantum walks have been shown to a wide range of applications, from artificial intelligence, photosynthesis, and quantum transport. stochastic (QSWs) generalize this concept additional non-unitary evolution. In paper, we propose trajectory-based simulation protocol effectively implement family discrete-time QSWs in device. After deriving the for 2-vertex graph with single edge, show how our generalizes arbitrary topology connectivity. The straight-forward generalization leads simple scaling complex graphs. Finally, simulate restricted class continuous-time by QSW, is amenable QSWs.

Discrete-time quantum walk with feed-forward quantum coin

Constructing a discrete model like a cellular automaton is a powerful method for understanding various dynamical systems. However, the relationship between the discrete model and its continuous analogue is, in general, nontrivial. As a quantum-mechanical cellular automaton, a discrete-time quantum walk is defined to include various quantum dynamical behavior. Here we generalize a discrete-time ...

Discrete Randomness in Discrete Time Quantum Walk: Study via Stochastic Averaging

The role of classical noise in quantum walks (QW) on integers is investigated in the form of discrete dichotomic random variable affecting its reshuffling matrix parametrized as a SU2)/U(1) coset element. Analysis in terms of quantum statistical moments and generating functions, derived by the completely positive trace preserving (CPTP) map governing evolution, reveals a pronounced eventual tra...

A discrete-time quantum walk taking continuous steps

This note introduces a quantum random walk in R and proves the weak convergence of its rescaled n-step densities. Quantum walks of the type we consider in this note were introduced in [1], which defined and analyzed the Hadamard quantum walk on Z, and a “new type of convergence theorem” for such quantum walks on Z was discovered by Konno [4, 5]. A much simpler proof of Konno’s theorem has recen...

Quantum percolation and transition point of a directed discrete-time quantum walk

Quantum percolation describes the problem of a quantum particle moving through a disordered system. While certain similarities to classical percolation exist, the quantum case has additional complexity due to the possibility of Anderson localisation. Here, we consider a directed discrete-time quantum walk as a model to study quantum percolation of a two-state particle on a two-dimensional latti...
